Home Zone Furniture - Warranty failure

Service dept had my 7 day old recliner for over 5 weeks and i still have no recourse or course if action as to the repair....nor if I'm going to get my recliner back or a replacement...no one is operating with integrity about what Home Zone is going to do to make me whole.
