WORST COUTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE
I had the misfortune of buying a living room set from them and in less than three months our love seat recliner broke and trying to get them to repair it is next to impossible to say the least. I have come to the conclusion that they are more about there money and nothing about customer service boo hoo on me for thinking they will stand behind there product.
I myself personally have cut my loss and will let everyone I know how they care after the sale and will never step into another store. Home Zone thank you for encouraging me to spend my money with your compation.

Home Zone Furniture - Leasing Review
Went to HomeZone in San Angelo Texas to buy a bed. We went there because of their no credit check financing.
First were were denied credit because we did agree to try it that way. Then we're tried the leasing option. They needed my account info. Ok no problem but we were denied again.
Then they said that they needed last three months bank statements. I accessed my account at the store, downloaded them and printed them using their printer. We were denied again with no reason. The salesman called and was told that they do not do business with my particular bank.
Really? If you advertise something and then dont put the full list of requirements then that is false advertising. Why even advertise a no credit check lease option when you dont want to lease and would rather the customer either come with financing or cash? I met every single requirement and was still denied.
That, in my mind, puts the HomeZone corporation and its associates in the fraudulent and unethical behavior category as far as I am concerned. I have written the leasing program and Home Zone Corporate Office. When Monday morning rolls around I will be notifying the BBB as well.
To add insult to injury attached is their explation on denial. It was sent AFTER we had jumped through their hoops.

Furniture Ordered in December, Still have not received all peices
I ordered a sectional on 12/09/16. This particular sectional was "custom" as in you have the option to select your fabric and pillows.
Due to this I was told special orders could take approximately 8-10 weeks to be available for pick up. Around the middle of January I was contacted and told my furniture was available for pick up. When I arrived, I was then told that only one piece of my furniture had been received. (Half of the sectional) To date I have still not received my other piece.
I have made several contacts to my local store to be told that "it shouldn't be much longer", "I will email to get a status", and most recently, "the item has been shipped from the manufacture". This is super frustrating considering the fact that I have had a "half" of a sectional for 6+ weeks. This piece is accumulating wear and tear while waiting on the other piece to arrive.
Also less seating since I had to get rid of my previous set to make room for one half of the sectional I ordered. **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
Preferred solution: I believe compensation is in order. Whether this be in the form of credit to my local store or a monetary reimbursement.

Not Pleased with Service Staff
All was going well and didn't mind waiting in line for Black Friday Ad. Was one of two for item being offered at a great price.
Didn't mind waiting another hour to get checked out (cash) Very nice service and was friendly. Went to pick up area and staff very nice and offered to open box and inspect items. Loaded in my car only at that time did things get bad. I was told that the item I had was already sold and mine was on back order.
How? when i was in the store i ask "Is it available for pick up today" was informed that they only had two and as long as i had a voucher all was good. I ask to have the manager come to loading dock but heard on their radio "Tell him I'm busy, he needs to come up front". I go back inside and speak to the sales person that was very nice 15 min.
before and was told that the manager would have to assist me. I ask for a full refund and cxl my order.
I was now treated as low life and what was a pleasant start to shopping turned to a very unforgettable trip. what I thought was a nice place to shop was not that in the end.

I have practically furnished my entire home with them over the span of 3 years and everything is still in tact and beautiful as it was from the day it was delivered to my home. The Shreveport store is magnificent! I most recently purchased the Denver set (top grain leather) and I am very very very pleased!
I know this is a pissed consumer site but I had to shed some light on the service I have gotten which is nothing short of fantastic! I will be purchasing again in the future and i recommend others do so as well.

Is that their “performance leather”? They told me that the performance leather is better than bonded leather because it can “breathe”. And that it won’t scuff or fade or flake off.
