I purchased a reclinet 60 days ago. I also purchased a warranty on it.

It has a broken bottom on the left side. The wood is splintered and broken...very poor quality. I went to the store in Wichita Falls where I bought it. The manager told me i had to send an email and wait until they responded.

Then i have to take the chair in to the store myself and pay $99 to have it repaired or replaced. I have only had this chair for 60 days. It not that hard to take the chair back and replace it. ONLY 60 DAYS !!

Why should i have to pay.them again when i bought extra warranty??? Not acceptable!! The manager acted like she couldn't do anything to help me. This is the lousiest customer service I have ever experienced !!!

Management is very bad!!! I will never buy ftom them again and am telling everyone the same. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau also. I would like to speak to upper management or someone who knows what they're doing!

This is ridiculous customer service and a scam on the warranty!!! Dont buy from this place!!!

I have been in management and we did everyghing to keep our customers happy and coming back. This stor could care less!!
