CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT Please read this and comment. Homezone has to be stopped! I ordered my furniture Black Friday 2015 and financed it elsewhere. furniture zone delivered a bedroom set minus mattresses, night stand, and a dresser. Basically half! My husband,Clarence Conrod is leasing furniture,a dinette table,tv and stand from one of your stores in Indianola,Ms. He's paying $300 a month on this furniture. He's never late. This has been the worst experience ever!! After 3 months we still do NOT have our original order. We don't have anything, even the bunk bed we paid cash for.. We have gone to the store to pick up the bunk bed 4 times now and every time we're told that the bed was accidentally given to someone else. 4 times!!!! Called Robert @ store in Abilene,tx. He says can't send anyone to fix my rocker recliner ,that I just got on Saturday and broke on Sunday, unless I send pictures to him. What is that kind of ***... I also bought a Bree o pedic 8" mattress from the store in Beaumont Texas. We also bought the $60 mattress cover that was supposed to be leak proff. We were told our mattress would break in in a few months. So every morning and night we would walk on it to losen it up. After 7 months it was still hard as a brick! Walked in for the first time, didn't get greeted at all which should have been a red flag to just leave. But I stayed, looked around they had a good sale going, but by the time I found a couch to my liking instead of someone coming up to me asking if I was finding everything okay I had to go find someone and tell them I was ready to purchase. The item was delivered with a wobble.... no matter where I put it; it has one leg or something to short. November 4th 2015 I took off work to receive my order. Will not pay their employees at the Weatherford Tx store. No way to contact the company except by email. What's up with that? What kind of company is this? I wouldn't recommend this company for anyone to buy furniture from. If they treat their own family this way , how can they treat customers?
