I purchase a sofa, chair, and ottoman on May 15, the furniture was delivered on May 30th, by June 10th the fabric on the chair is fraying. My option was to trade it out for the cushion in the chair at the store. I am not paying for used furniture. Also told there is not a phone number to the corporate office. Not a happy customer. To start the Beaumont store's delivery service is horrible ie attempted delivery of furniture without calling first as requested when the furniture was bought. Then spoke with the delivery driver, who was worse than rude and told me I would have to reschedule because I wasnt home when he came (during work hours when no one was home). We bought full set of couch, love, and chair. Told we had a warranty. The one is only manufacturer defects. Then emailed manager 4 days after delivery.She didn't even have the courtesy to reply. Home Zone in Euless is a rip off. They have had our Rocker/Recliner for almost two months for repair. No one at the Euless store can give you an answer to anything. The manager is a complete *** and very unorganized. Beware of this store. Add comment

The sales guy was so nice told me how he takes care of his customers. He sure does unless there is a problem. Then suddenly they don't answer you. When I bought my furniture iwastold if iwanted to icould pay extra money andif any thinghappen toit withinone year they would fix it if nothing happen iwould get that money back now over 1yr wont give moneyback are trying to say now 5yrsAnd thats not what the salsman told me and my son all I can say dont takethem at thier word cause u will get screwed Big TIME Add comment
