We had a repair made on our recliner last Wednesday and here it is Monday and the recliner is broke again with same problem. I called service center a woman answered the phone I started telling her my name, and about the problem and how it was not fixed and,she interrupts me and says I am helping a client. She then hangs up on me and now I can not get a hold of them. My question is am I not a client too?? Poor poor customer service!!! Read more

In april 2016 my wife purchased new furniture from the Denton Home Zone store.Living room and bedroom,seven pieces.I was in the hosipital for a couple of month's so I wasn't able to help her. Worst Experience ever The entire experience was a nightmare. I bought a bedroom suite from the store in Waco, Mitch was the salesman. He was border line rude and obnoxious. He kept trying to get me to finance the items when I wanted to pay the total payment. He first told me the delivery date would be June 29 but by the time he quit trying to convince me to finance and ran the payment all the delivery times had been taken. He then rescheduled... I bought a Queen size bed and night stand . Furniture is very poor quality, Crack in the footboard, dirty ,greasy fingerprints on the furniture. One of the so called bed slats broke when we put the box springs on it. Inside of the drawers are not finished ,just looks like primer on it. Called and emailed the Abilene Texas store twice . It has been a year ago and got no response . I sent pictures of the defect. My five year warrenity is about up. I want my recliner replaced!!!! Oh where to begin,ive seen things that should never be seen nor sold to the public!BEWARE OF TENT SALES,LOL....Save yourself some time and shop elsewhere if your going the cheap route....Ive worked at a few stores and the distribution center ,so by experience alone i knew we were doing a disservice by most of the items we sold.....WHEN WORKING IN THERE STORES I REALIZED QUICKLY WHICK ITEMS WERE GOOD AND WHICH WERE NOT BY THE RETURNS... It was great when buying the sectional sofa and recliner, but any attempt to get assistance with the warranty wad met with either no response or an impossible solution. We bought the furniture and moved out of state a few years later. When we attempted to get the couch fixed under warranty we were told that they would replace the couch but we would have to pay to send the old one back to them and to have the new one shipped to our new place. ... Try being an employee and you get paid every Friday. Then on Friday no check, Saturday no check, Monday no check, Tuesday no check. If you have direct deposit you were paid but because I am a new employee I still get a paper check, I wasn't paid. You shorted me 150.00 in overtime and now I don't get a check along with 4 others. Well as I clock out today my car and my bills dont get paid by thank yous so today will be my last day. Read more

Bought a day bed paid cash when I got the bed home there was no hardware to put the trundle together after waiting two weeks they tell me it's going to be another 7 to 10 days before it "might be in" I'm so frustrated with them it's a box of screws !!!! Why can't it be over night shipped to me from the manufacture. Check all boxes before you leave the store

They lied about the quality of the furniture. I was told that the $1800 CONDOR bedroom suit I purchased was wood , and I was scammed by particle board. I was also told that they were moving to another location in Beaumont Texas that's why they were closing the store and they actually went out of business stay away from this company.
