I ordered a night stand for my son's surprise bedroom set at the beginning of the school year. Worst service ever. We paid extra for the extended warranty on our couch and love seat. When the recliner popped, i went in, paid to have it serviced. I bought a sofa, love and table set at two different times one was delivery and they were so professional. And the next time I picked it up and the warehouse guy were awesome. The manager was so helpful Add comment

I thought I was getting a fairly good deal on a living room suit but still spent $1400. All reclining pieces. Many promises about the quality, durability, etc. got the love seat home and had to immediately take it back because it was ripped and the recliner didn't work. I ordered a loveseat and in the store it was ok but in house I hated it. I called and told them I did not like the love seat and wanted to return it. I had it about a week and they guy told me they cannot help me and I was stuck with the love seat. Never again will I buy from there. Add comment

When you walk in you are always greeted, find something you want to purchase and the problem begins, especially if the item or items are not in the warehouse.
